Nest mini on stuck with 2 light dots

I've unplugged and done all the tricks but still stuck on 2 lights!!

• Are you getting any error messages?
• When did the issue start?
• Does the issue persist continuously or intermittently?
• Were there any recent changes with the setup?
• What are the colors of the LED lights? If they are red, an update is taking longer than expected.

In the meantime, you can check the following troubleshooting steps:

Nest Mini Firmware:

• Ensure all Nest Minis have the latest firmware. Check for updates in the Google Home app.

Device Hardware:

• Check for Damage: Inspect the Nest Mini for any physical damage.

Device Restart:

• Restart your Nest Mini. Please check the following article to Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display or to review the Google Nest and Google Home device LED lights.
