Nest mini won't work anymore

My nest mini keeps saying: "sorry somethings not right" and it won't do anything anymore

A few questions: when did the issue start? Were there any recent changes made? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Unplug your Google Nest Mini for a minute before plugging it back in. A factory reset might also help if the issue remains.
