Nest mini

I’m trying to ask google to play Spotify, the response is “sorry something’s not right. Wait a few minutes and try setting up again. You can also try unplugging this device and plugging it back in” I’ve left it unplugged overnight and the problem hasn’t resolved. WiFi connections have not changed in the household at all. Any help will be greatly appreciated

We're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you — let's see what's going on.

 

Was it working before? Is it only happening when asking your Google Nest Mini to play music? Also, can you still see it on your Google Home app as an active device? Try rebooting your Nest Mini and router to refresh the connection. Could you try relinking your Spotify account? If the issue persists, give resetting your Nest Mini a whirl to see if that helps.
