Nest pro stuck on link account

My display won't get past the home app I have factory reset I have uninstalled and reinstalled the home app while going through the app I've connected to the display but it stops at the link account page I won't continue

I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing with your Nest Hub device that is stuck on the Google Home app. I appreciate the steps that you already tried, including the factory reset. But don't worry; help is here. I can recommend trying to restart your Nest Hub by following the next steps:

  1. Unplug your device.
  2. Wait for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
  3. Start the setup process again.
