Nest speaker has 2 solid white lights

The speaker is basically bricked. It's less than a year old and I cannot factory reset it. It just keeps showing 2 non blocking white lights. I do not have the receipt. What an I supposed to do with this piece of garbage?

I'm sorry to hear that your Nest device isn't working anymore, even the factory reset won't work. A few questions: when did this started? Are you still able to manually change the volume when you touch each side of your Nest device? What type of Nest speaker do you have? Is it a 1st gen or 2nd gen? Please confirm for us to know what the next steps would be.
