Nesthub Google Duo call audio doesn't work.

I bought a Nesthub two days ago. When I make a Vedio call using Duo or Zoom, my voice can't be heard by others.

• Is your microphone toggled on?
• Is your device responding to your voice commands? ("Hey Google" voice commands)
• Is your mic set off during the call?

  • Tap mute on your device or say "Hey Google," then:

  • Say "Hey Google," "Mute call" or "Unmute call."
  • Tap Mute or Unmute .
