The usability features for both Netflix and Hulu are grossly limited. It really makes the user experience exhausting and frustrating at times. For example of I want to use Netflix not only does it not appear on the media tab but you are limited to only being able to browse between the recommended titles. Unless of course you know the exact name of the show you want to watch. This really excludes you from the rest of the Netflix catalog. Although you can link Hulu to your device Hulu does not even show up with the rest of the apps on the device. Again this is another app that you practically have to know the show and the episode you want to watch off the top of your head. Forget about browsing the Hulu catalog. Not even recommend titles. I purchased this device as I am in between places right now and it became the more practical entertainment option for me due to me being limited on space. Honestly I thought purchasing the newer more expensive device was going make the difference in the experience once I completed my research. I was wrong.
