Nets hub 2nd generation screen does not show temperature

Suddenly it stopped showing the temperature, the time is visible, but the temperature only shows __°

I have already reset the device, also to factory mode and it still does not show the temperature, I have already changed the photo frame and nothing.

The firmware version is 3.73.411796

Thanks for posting in the Community! Sorry to hear that your Nest Hub 2nd Gen is no longer showing the temperature. No worries, help is here! Let’s try some troubleshooting steps that might help you:

 

  1. Make sure that you've set your weather units in the Google Home app. Note: This can’t be done using your voice.
  2. Make sure that you've set your work and home locations either in the Google Home app or in Google Maps. Note: This can’t be done using your voice.
  3. Confirm your device address.
  4. If the speaker or display don't provide the information that you requested, be more specific with your request.
