Night mode colour and brightness

Not actually google home, a Lenovo Smart Clock soeaker but has google built in so wasn’t sure what to press. Basically, the first time I set up my night mode I set it to absolute darkness. However, now I’d like to change it to a different colour and I can’t seem to do this? The option on the clock is no longer there and on the Google Home app the display settings section won’t load- just going round and round in circles. Completely unsure what to do and was wondering whether anyone here can help or has had the same issue??

We understand that your concern is isolated with your Lenovo Smart Clock. Please note that we have very limited support on third party speakers with built-in Google Assistant, but you can try these steps:

 

  • Unplug your router for 2 minutes > Plug back in.
  • Unplug your Lenovo Smart Clock for a minute > Plug back in.
  • Restart your phone. Make sure that your phone is connected to the same WiFi as your Lenovo Smart Clock.
  • Force close and reopen the Google Home app.
  • Check if you can configure the Night mode settings.
