Google home max video shows event but also that the video was deleted

Last night we had somebody in our space, and the hub max camera has record of the event, but when we went to go look at the video, it said that the video have been deleted.

there’s only two of us that have access to the app, and neither of us deleted the clips

Just to check, do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If yes, can you still access other video history from your Google Nest Hub Max device’s camera (or other Nest cameras)?

I do, with 30 days of history. The system recorded the event but when it’s tried to be viewed, it says unavailable/deleted and shows a gray box
