My Google Nest Mini can't be discovered by my Google Home App nor be found by my wifi network

Hi,

I would like to seek you assistance.

I bought a pre-owned Google Nest Mini speaker recently, however, even I used an android phone or iphone, they couldn't discover the Nest Mini.  I have did the factory reset to the Google Nest Mini which started and ran normally (Google logo lights on, Google assistant asked to download Google home, adjust volume is normal....).  I also followed all advices of the following link, buy still, Icouldn't resolve the issue.   Plesae kindly assist.

What exactly happens in the Google Home app? Do you get an error message or code?

Did you try the alternate setup steps? What happened?

Thanks for your reply.

It returned the " What are you setting up?" screen (see the screenshot as per the link) after clicking "set up new device".  No error code nor message appeared.
