No access to Menu. Swipe left, curated art only.

When I swipe left, it leads me to Curated Art only. I can’t access the menu.
Did Factory reset, same issue

Same problem on nest display since june 7 2022. Only photo frame is available

Thanks for visiting the Community. 

 

Could someone send a photo of the exact display you're getting? Also, kindly provide the cast firmware version of your Google Nest display so we can check what's causing this to happen.

 

To check the firmware version:

  1. Make sure the mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the Google Nest or Home device.
  2. Open the Google Home app .
  3. Tap the device card of the preferred speaker or display.
  4. At the top-right, tap Settings Settings and then Device information.
  5. Under Technical information, find Cast firmware:X.XXX.XXXXX.

Hi princess, I just set up a new nest hub and am having the same issue. Cast firmware is 1.56.290464

Sorry to hear about that. May we know what country are you located at? Also, have you tried resetting the Google Nest display to see if that would make any changes on its behavior?
