No live camera video from the Nest Hub Max home

Hello,

Am I supposed to see something from the Home control section in Nest Hub Max? I currently see nothing. No live video. I can only see it if I press further twice on the relative camera….

We don't see any preview images on our Cameras screen on our Nest Hub Max either, just blank images for each camera.  That seems to be the current design, as it's always been like that for us.
