No longer able to video call a household contact on Google Nest hub

I am no longer able to video call a household contact on the Nest hub. A small (i) appears below their name rather than a video icon as it did previously. I can however receive video calls from this contact if they are calling me.

I can click on their name icon through the communicate menu however video call option is now greyed out. 

I don't think anything has changed on my end and they are still able to video call me, so I'm not sure how to fix this on my end.

Based on the information provided, I recommend following the steps below to troubleshoot your Google Nest Hub device:

• Reboot your Google Nest Hub by unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in after 10 seconds.
• Uninstall and install back the Google Home app.
• Unlink and link back your call app or service, as indicated in the article Set up calling on your Google Nest speaker or display.
