No sound on timers only

My Nest Hub has no sound on timers. All other audio is fine, I've checked the Home app and the alarm and timer volume is set to the max level. I've rebooted it but same thing

A factory reset may be required.

Before we proceed, I need to ask a few questions to better understand the situation:

  • Is the Google Home set up on the Wi-Fi network?

  • Is the Google Home properly linked to a Google Account?

Thanks for your reply. I recommend that you reboot your device. This can help resolve some bugs. Please follow the next steps:

  • Open the Google Home app.
  • Select the speaker or display and then select "Settings."
  • At the top right, tap "More" and then "Reboot."
