Not able to set alarm for Nest audio and nest mini

Hi today I bought a nest mini and nest audio. 

I'm not able to set a alarm or timer with my voice.

It worked earlier today but I had to reset both.

After reinstall i'm not able to set a alarm or timer, everything else seems to be working fine.

I already followed the fix on googles nest website - reboot nest - see if it is connected to wifi.

Same problem.

It works when typing the command on my phones assistant 

When asked to the nest mini it doesn't work

When added in a routine it also doesnt work

I have tried changing the language as well
