Not turning light on when ask too

Why do it keep saying 2 light not available right now

 Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. Whats going on

Hi Patricia2905,

 

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: which Nest speakers and smart lights are we working with? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made? It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first: 

 

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers then your smart lights.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.
