Hi, recently got a nest hub.
My wife and I both have our own Gmail accounts and Google Calendars. We also have a Family calendar that we share and can both see.
We would like to have the Family calendar seen on the nest but not our personal ones.
Any way to do this?

Hiya!
I think you should be able to share who can see the calendar or not based on your voice. From my knowledge I never tried this before. I know you can share calendars but I do think there is an option on the home app to only share the calendar you want by selecting the calendar to share on the devices. I may have found a google article which may help. So, let me know if it helps!

Thank you for that. You are correct and I did try to set that up. It works in part, in that it does let you see "your calendar" but it doesn't let you see the family shared one... And it leaves your calendar on the screen until someone else uses their voice to see theirs and then it flips over to that one visible.
Really strange! Thanks for the reply though, appreciate your help

It's a weird thing. I believe you should have the option to pin a calendar to use on a display (the family one) as well see your calendar through your own voice therefore keeping private. It isn't a software issue may be worth for a feature update, so it definitely is worth feedbacking that them to add a feature like that or what you want to see!
Again, your most welcome!

Thank you for that most appreciated. I have the ability to tick and add the family calendar, but we do not have the option to untick and remove out personal ones, there is a tick box but it is greyed out. Thank you once again.

Of course!
As a temporary work-around you could create a separate private calendar within google calendar and try that? But I do understand that, so hopefully they do allow in the future to untick personal ones.
