Hi AdcdMedina,

This is not the experience we want you to have, let me help you. A few questions: which Nest speakers are we working with? When did your issue begin? Was it working before?

It would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first:

  1. Unplug the power cord of your router, followed by your Polk speakers.
  2. Plug them back in after 3 minutes.
  3. Restarting your phone might also help.

Since we specialize in Google Nest products, the steps we can provide are very limited. If the issue persists, best to report this to Polk support for more information and troubleshooting.

If you have Google Nest devices and would like assistance about it, let us know otherwise, I'll be locking this thread after 24 hours.

Best,

Dan

They are Polk Assist speakers. Baught them a year ago, but set them up in Google Home for the first time. Music plays thru both speakers using Spotify and Pandora, but not using Apple Music as the media source. Only 1 speaker works with Apple Music.
