How do I link one specific Pandora account to my Google Home? When you select Pandora as your music provider, it does not ask you for specific account.
I can't listen in my car (via Android Auto) when someone is listening at home because Google Home is using the same account. We have 4 Pandora accounts - specifically for this purpose - but I can't figure out how to tell Google Home which account to use (i.e., a different one than the app on my phone is using!)

Hello macleod0722,
Thanks for posting in the Community.
For you to link your Pandora account, you can follow these steps:
Let me know if these steps work.

I had already tried that - MULTIPLE times (I unlinked and then linked again) - and it did NOT work. I assume it didn't work because I was already logged into my Pandora app. Google Home NEVER asked me which Pandora account I wanted to use - there was no Step 7 from your email. Therefore Google Home and the Pandora app on my phone were logged into the same Pandora account ... and I could see no way to change this. Again ... there was no Step 7 ... Google Home never asked me to login to a Pandora account.
The problem seems to have been remedied (although we've only tested it once) by Pandora logging us out of all of the devices where a Pandora account was logged in. So, I'm making assumptions. If I am correct ... you need to change your instructions to include something like ... make sure you are logged out of the Pandora app. Otherwise, you will never be able to listen to Pandora on your phone (and therefore in your car) while someone else listens to Pandora on Google Home.
Your instructions - and all instructions that I found anywhere on the web - are incomplete (and to some extent inaccurate as they don't solve the problem that I stated) so I hope that someone will find my experiences helpful.

Hello there,
Thanks for responding.
Could you tell us how many Google accounts are linked to your Google Nest speaker? To make sure that you're linking your own account, check the profile/account signed in to the Home app located at the upper right corner of the app. Lastly, could you share a screenshot of the exact display you're getting from the Home app so we can check on it further.
Best,
Princess

Two Google accounts are linked to my Nest speaker. The Pandora account linked appears to have NOTHING to do with the Google account(s) that are linked to Home.
I can't send you a screenshot - because the problem has been resolved. If you had read my last response, you would know that. You are not responding to my specific concern AT ALL. And I don't know how to make myself clearer. I KNOW HOW TO MAKE PANDORA MY DEFAULT MUSIC PROVIDER. What wasn't working was how to make Google Home use a DIFFERENT PANDORA ACCOUNT from the Pandora app on my phone. As far as I can tell, following the steps below helped, but because Pandora intervened on my behalf (to help), I don't know for sure.
1. Log out of the Pandora app on your phone.
2. Set Pandora as your music provider using the Google Home app. (***I'm assuming that, if you're logged out of the app, you can chose which Pandora account to use at this point.)
3. Log back into the Pandora account on your phone, with a different Pandora account than you used to log in to Google Home.
Please don't ask me for any more information, unless it is to clarify YOUR learning from this experience. I have learned NOTHING from you. And I don't need help any more.

Hello there,
Apologies for the confusion. I appreciate you sharing the steps you did. This would be helpful to others who are also experiencing the same thing.
Since this has been resolved, I'll consider this thread as complete. If you need assistance with your Google Nest speakers, feel free to start a new topic anytime.
