Partial white sceen

hi guys, do you know how to fix that ? When I click screen picture looks perfect. I have already run factory settings, didn’t do anything. Device hasn’t been broken or damaged at all.

Hi Rosslin,

 

This is not the experience we wanted you to have, let me help you. A few things: 

 

  • When did your issue begin?
  • Is it like that when idle?
  • What will happen if you give a voice command or touch/swipe the screen?
  • When you did the reset, was it the same steps as what you see in this link?
  • Where and when did you buy your Nest display?

It started like a month ago I think. 
yes it is like that when idle too but when I touch the screen it showing in full like should. When I am making voice command top screen is normal (when google assistant is starting response)  but rest still is like that. The down part. Steps were the same as in the link. I bought it online via Simply Be online shop but don’t remember how long ago. I have second one too from same company bought in the same time and it’s working perfectly.
