Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to help. Routines can be a great help when you are around all the time and I can understand the desire to want to pause them.
Unfortunately as of right now, there isn't a way to pause the routine. You would have to delete it, and then set it back up again when you come back.
I'm happy to take this as feedback and pass it along as we are always looking to improve.
Best regards,
Garrett DS

Thanks for your response.
Yeah, I was thinking that currently there isn’t a way to achieve this. Shame as I just want to pause my alarm and routine for my bedroom when I’m away, so as not to disturb others in the house with music alarms and messages going off. I’ve already been deleting the alarm, but it seems a sledgehammer / nut solution.
Shame you can’t manage and pause alarms via the app. Seems a real missed opportunity and something that I’d hope google will address at some point.

Out of interest, is there anything like Microsoft user voice, where we can suggest and upvote ideas to google developers?

Hey there Si,
Yeah, I apologize that there isn't an easy way to pause the routine. We do have this link that you can send your feedback to.
I'm going to be going ahead and locking this thread, so if you have any further questions or concerns feel free to create a new thread.
