I get the "something went wrong" response with literally every command. Can't set an alarm, can't check the weather, can't get the news, nothing.

Google home mini.
based on the other threads here I have tried factory resetting it twice, all my data/web activity permissions are on, I can find no other thread/answer that involves no commands working at all.

Hey everyone,

Thanks for those sharing the information so far and apologies on the delayed response / updates here. I understand this has been a very frustrating experience for many  especially since it's been ongoing for quite some time. As the team looks into this further in order to provide next steps, we'll need some fresh feedback reports from customers here.

I understand this may not seem like a helpful task, but doing so will allow the team to look further into what may be causing this issue. Could you please send in fresh feedback reports using the keywords, "Something went wrong" from your device or Home app. You can include as many details as you'd like around this issue and it's important your system logs are also attached with your feedback.

You can check out this link for more information on how to share feedback and also share your system logs.

Feel free to update this thread when you've been able to do so and will update the team accordingly.

Thanks,

I thought the cause for this issue was already found. It had something to do with IPv6 and the new Fuchsia system that the speakers run on now.

Hey folks,

It looks like we have come to a solution so I'm going to be locking this thread. If you have any other concerns or questions, please feel free to create a new thread.

Have a great day.
