Personalised results are not enabled on my Google Home device. But through the app, this button seems not to do anything. I have to go back instead. Literally, no event is triggered by pressing Turn On.
I'm using latest supported Android on a Galaxy Note 8 and downloaded the app yesterday.
Can you tell us the exact response of your Google Nest speakers after changing the "Personal Results" settings? Also, it would be best to unplug the speakers for a few minutes after changing some settings from the Home app.
