Photo frame editing

I follow all instructions to edit photo frame.

 

the photos DO NOT appear in the preview frames

 

what are options for me to get the photos into the preview frame?

I am not seeing the Preview either.  Just a gray box.

Thanks for visiting the Community.

 

If you're trying to work the photo frame settings on your Google Nest display, here's how: 

 

You can adjust Photo frame settings with the Google Home app or your Nest display.

Google Home app:

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Touch and hold your device's tile.
  3. At the top right, tap Settings and then Photo Frame and then adjust the settings you want.

Nest display:

  1. From the bottom of your Nest display screen, swipe up.
  2. Tap Settings .
  3. Tap Photo Frame and then adjust the settings you want.

If you have Voice Match enabled, you can also say “Hey Google, change Photo frame” to open Photo frame settings on your Nest display.

The Preview is not working. Just gray rectangles instead of the picture preview. This has worked in the past. Possibly related to the picture freezing issue?
