Pictures displayed on Google Nest Hub Max

When I ask the Google Assistant to not show a photo displayed on my Google Nest Hub Max screen , often (but not always) I get this response:  "Sorry, only the owner can remove this photo."  I am the owner of all the photos displayed and I have "voice matched" my voice with the Google Assistant several times.  How do I get the Google Assistant to recognize me as the owner of my photos and my Google Next Hub Max?
