A few questions: Which model does the customer have? Google Home Mini, Google Home, Google Home Max, Google Home Hub, etc? In which country are you coming from? Also, make sure you're using a regular Google Account.

What's the exact command you've used? Do you have a premium account with Spotify? Could you try resetting your Google Home Max to its default settings?
