Posted more than a year ago on other forum, which you have now replaced regarding the nest mini v2 unlinking from time to time , withno number of factory resets helping.
I have 10-15 home speakers / displays in my home bought at premium prices. I would expect you took responsibility for your product, but no resolution attempts or contacts.
Please replace this Google nest mini v2 with a working device and take responsibility for your product.
