Power control not supported for tv. On 2 of 6 google home devices

I have 6 Google home devices.  5 nest minis and 1 Google hub.  The hub and 1 nest will not turn on of off TV.  It says "sorry power controls are currently not supported."  This is odd because it works on the other ones.  It appears they're configured the same.

I also get this message from time to time. It seems to be more about the phrase you use. Try "turn the TV on" instead of "turn on the TV"

HDMI-CEC

That is all dependent on having a Chromecast connected to the TV and second the TV has to have HDMI-CEC built into the TV either HDMI or another Port to accept the signals... Old technology

I have been using home assistant for almost 3 years now. The recent 4-5 months I am getting “ sorry, power controls not yet supported....” when saying “ hey google turn on the lights”, which I have done for a very long time the same way/speaking the same words etc, 3 of 5 times I get that answe, really annoying. Anyone who can tell whether the algorithm has changed or something like that?
