I appreciate you taking the time to post in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues setting up your Nest Hub. I'll be more than glad to assist you.

The error code 83902 means that the language in your phone doesn’t match with the Google Assistant’s language. Let's try changing the language of your phone and the Google Assistant to English (US) and set the Nest Hub again.

Here I left the steps to change the language in your phone: 

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Select Language & Region and then tap Add Language and then select (English US).

You can also take a look at the following article to change the language to the Google Assistant: Change the language of Google Assistant. Once you finish the setup, you can change the language again.
