Problem since changing Wi-Fi

Ever since I've changed my Wi-Fi providers there is a lag when doing some operations.Also when I say Hey Google turn off a light it says sorry I can’t reach Meross but it does the task anyway ..

Thanks for sharing details about the issue. I know how challenging it is when your device is not working that way it should. I'd like to dig deeper into this. A few questions: what type of Google Home/Nest device do you have? Are there other features affected? Are you using a dual-band router? Are you using a WiFi extender or repeater? Do you experience the same issue when using the Google Assistant app on your phone? Also, could you list down the troubleshooting steps that you've done so we would know where to start.
