Problemi con sveglia

FrancescoB

Come posso risolvere?

Grazie mille.

Io ho "risolto" specificando "e zero zero"...

Però è fastidioso e andrebbe corretto

Be', intanto grazie mille per il consiglio.

Poi speriamo risolvano 😉

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for posting in the community.
I understand the frustration of encountering difficulties with your Nest Hub alarms and displays. I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing. I appreciate your effort and the information provided.

To help me investigate this issue further, please provide the following information:

Nest Hub Models: Please specify the exact models of your Nest Hub devices (e.g., Nest Hub, Nest Hub Max).
Network Setup: Are you using Wi-Fi or Ethernet for your Nest Hubs?

First, make sure:

  • Your speaker or display is powered on.
  • Your speaker or display is set up on your Wi-Fi network.
  • Your speaker or display is properly linked to a Google account.
  • You used a supported voice command.

Step 1: Reboot your speaker or display.
Disconnect the power cable from the Google Nest or Home device.
Reconnect the power cable back into the Google Nest or Home device.
Step 2. Set the desired timer or alarm as a test.
Use the following commands:

Timer: “Hey Google, set a timer for X minutes." (“Hey Google, set a timer for 1 minute”).
Alarm: “Hey Google, set an alarm for XX." (Hey Google, set an alarm for 3 PM.".
Step 3. Confirm if your speaker or display recognized the question correctly.
Ask your speaker or display to “repeat the question.” Note: This will repeat the last question you asked.
If it isn't repeated correctly, ask the question once more.
If it still isn't recognizing the question, speak slower or try another question, and have your speaker or display repeat the question to verify it was understood correctly.

Please follow the steps above; you can also find more steps at this link: Set and manage alarms on your Google Nest speaker or display. Please let me know how it goes. Thank you.

All the best,
Jorge
