Problemi nel parlare con google assistant

Buonasera, Scrivo perchè ultimamente ho riscontrato un sacco di problemi nel comunicare con i miei assistenti google ( un home e un nest). Gli chiedo di impostare una sveglia e fatica a capire quando la voglio, mi racconta sempre la solita barzelletta, quando gli chiedo chi canta la canzone che sto ascoltando tramite spotify mi risponde sempre MINA, ecc ecc...... Qualcuno a problemi simili? Cosa devo fare? Ho già provato a resettare gli assistenti, a disinstallare l'app google home e reinstallarla su diversi dispositivi....nn ho più idee. Aiuto!

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Google Home and Google Nest devices. I’m sure there’s a way to sort this out. When you said you did a reset, was it a factory reset to their default settings? Have you tried to reboot your router? If not, unplug your router for 2 minutes, and then reboot your Google Home and Google Nest devices. Also, retrain your voice.

• Open the Google Home app.
• Tap Settings > Google Assistant > Voice Match.
• Look for “Teach your Assistant your voice again” and then retrain your voice.

Buonasera. Grazie mille di avermi risposto. Ho fatto9 il ripristino alle impostazioni di fabbrica e si, ho ho anche riavviato il router..........ho ha riqualificato la voce, ma nulla. Ho provato anche a ricollegarli alla rete solo uno pensando che il problema potesse essere una incompatibilità tra i 2 apparecchi, ma nulla. Ho pensato anche potesse essere un problema di aggiornamenti, ma facendo il ripristino alle impostazioni di fabbrica gli aggiornamenti si annullano, giusto?? Non so più che fare....

What are the languages set on Google Home (primary and secondary, if there’s any)? Also, are you getting the same behavior if you give commands to the Google Assistant on your phone?

Ciao, grazie di cercare di aiutarmi. Dunque, la lingua primaria impostata è l'italiano e non ce n'è una secondaria. Non uso mai l'assistente vocale del mio telefono, quindi non saprei rispondere alla tua domanda.....

Hello SilentMist,

Kindly provide the cast firmware version of your Google Home device. Also, try to set English UK as the primary Google Assistant language and Italian as the secondary. Reboot your Google Home by unplugging it from its power cord for a minute > Plug it back in and then give it another voice command. Keep me updated on its behavior.
