Problems connecting Google Home Speaker to my wifi network

Hello, I live in Mexico and since I changed my wifi network provider, I cant connect my Google Home Assistant, I try but tells me to check connection settings. My new provider of Wifi is It is Totalplay , before that I didn't have any problems with Telmex and Izzi. I made a quick search on Google and all I found was a some new mentioning Alexa (amazon assistant) able to connect and use the internet of Totalplay and Izzi in my country. What can I do to solve this situation?
