Hi there,
I'm on a new MacBook Pro M2 (running Ventura). This morning I unboxed 2 x Nest Audio speakers, connected them for stereo, and connected those speakers to my Mac.
It was working great for a few hours - but it sputtered for a few seconds then lost connectivity. The speakers themselves are on, showing up in the Google Home app, are connected to the internet, but my Mac is not seeing them. The bluetooth on my Mac seems to be running fine - my mouse and keyboard are still connected. But now I can't find the speakers as an option on my Mac.
I've tried restarting my computer. I've rebooted the speakers in the Google app. And I've forgot original bluetooth pairing on both the Mac and the Speakers, hoping to re-pair and repair the issue. I'm going through the basic 'pair new device' instructions - it's just not showing up on my Mac anymore.
Any thoughts?

I know how challenging it is when you're having issues connecting MacBook Pro 2 to your Google Nest Audios. Let's try to get to the bottom of this. To confirm, are the speakers paired? If yes, are you able to play music on paired speakers? Are you able to connect other devices to your Nest speakers via Bluetooth?
Please try these commands: “Hey Google, clear all Bluetooth devices,” followed by, “Hey Google, activate Bluetooth.” Let's see if your MacBook will be able to find your Nest speakers.

I managed to get the paired speakers working for a few days with a factory reset, but now they've stopped working again for a different reason. Now in the app I'm getting a 'Problem connecting to cloud' prompt on the speakers. I factory reset them again hoping that would help, but now that they're setup I'm once again getting the 'Problem connecting to cloud' prompt again. Everything I'm trying doesn't help get rid of this.
Pretty frustrated that these things don't just work and I'm constantly running into problems...
Any help getting this sorted and making these things functional is greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the delays. To confirm, do you have the same issue when using a different phone/tablet to access the Google Home app? What is the specific make and model of your phone?
