Quit working

I see that others are having the same issue I am which is a grey screen with a "G" in the middle and no responses from Hey google or anything else.  I don't see any buttons on the back accept the on/off switch and a button on the back left side.  A long skinny button not a round one which doesn't seem to do anything?    I love my hub and want to see it up and running again.  Any suggestions are welcome!!
