Radio Alarm not working on new Nest Hub 2nd Gen

Hi,

I recently purchased Nest Hub 2nd Gen to replace my Echo Show which I use for an alarm clock (too many ads).  I've setup a weekday radio alarm but so far it has been very inconsistent.

On the first day, the alarm triggered and the radio station began to play correctly.  Then a few minutes later, the normal alarm sounds also started playing on top of the radio station.  I confirmed I only have one alarm set on the device.

The next day, the alarm triggered with the normal alarm tone and the radio station did not play.  Then the radio station started playing a few minutes later.  When I snoozed the alarm, the radio station continued to play.

I see there have been a number of threads about going back to 2022 but the problem still persists.  This is disappointing and I'm considering returning the Nest Hub.  Has there been any progress on fixing this issue?  The radio alarm is the main reason I purchased the device.

Thanks for reaching out. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. What country are you contacting us from? Try to reboot your Google Nest Hub (2nd generation) and observe if it makes a difference.
