As the title says, I cannot view the live feed from my Hub. I have tried factory reset, removing device/re-adding device and still not viewable. I can be sitting right next to it on the same wifi network and still can't view the live feed. Any help? This is a two week old Nest Hub Max.

What exactly happens when you try? What's the error message? If you say "Hey Google, show [camera name]", what happens?
Is your Nest Hub Max in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera?
Can you livestream your camera in the Google Home app on your phone or tablet, or on the home.google.com website?

Oh, you're talking about the camera in your Nest Hub Max. Other customers also seem to be having issue, though I don't know why (as ours works). Is the Nest Hub Max's camera viewable on the home.google.com website or the home.nest.com website?

What’s the firmware version of the Nest Hub Max? What’s the software version of the Google Home app? Does the built-in Nest Cam work with the following apps:
