Re-Opened - Google Duo | ‎09-11-2022

Hi,

I had a support case open regarding an issue with the Google Duo, now Google Meet app and my Nest Hub max back in November 2022. 

I was then contacted by Teddy from The Google Nest Customer Care Team and was provided a case number:

5-8670000035292

However, as of 16th December 2023, they've stopped emailing me. Please could someone from the care team look into this.

Updated Issues as of 12/23:

 

  • Asking the Google Assistant to make a call via a members name no longer works as I have continued to state. I have to say, call ‘sister’, ‘son’, ‘daughter’, etc
  • The device randomly switches to light mode, when its been set to stay as dark mode.
  • When asked about the weather, the display does not display the individual weather stats for each hour.
  • Device doesn't show calendar because it doesn't recognise my voice.
