Relaxing sound wont play on my nest

Hi. Can anyone help me pls? Relaxing sound wont play (not hearing anything) in my nest mini. It respond to my other commands but not on this one. I noticed though that the status of the speaker in Google Home show its playing the sound. At the bottom, there’s an option for stop casting. Im dont know how to check where this is casted to.

A few questions: was it working before? What's the exact voice command you've used and what's the response you're getting from your Nest Mini when you ask it to play a relaxing sound? Also, is it happening when you play regular music?

Give these steps a try:

• Reboot your Nest Mini and router to refresh the connection.
• Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app.
• If the issue persists, try resetting your Nest Mini.
