I have a Nest Audio, and I cannot find a number or chat option for replacement parts. I need a european power adapter replacement. My son lost his and lives in Denmark. If anybody has a line on where I could look or a number I could call to order the replacement and send it to him.

I purchased a 4 pack of google nest cameras directly from your web site. I received the four cameras, but only two mounting brackets and one charging cord between the two boxes. I’m really upset and expect a fix. I am equally frustrated that I cannot contact someone directly. What kind of business are you running. I have been a Google user for years. When can I expect some service on product I paid a pretty penny to get. I figured I was making a wise choice with google, maybe not. Main problem, no direct customer contact via phone or chat.
