I've followed all the instructions to try and connect to new wifi network - wifi working fine on other devices. I've tried factory reset but no joy. Any suggestions ??

Check to see if the firmware is current.
Also check the Google Home app android app have the latest versions.

The data on that firmware page is way outdated. I informed Google support but nobody there cares. They also won't provide a version history or details about what changed in each version. My Nest Mini Gen2's are running version 1.54.277099 and have been updated at least three times since what is shown on that page (1.54.250118). The Google family of hardware, which is decent, is rendered nearly useless by their utter incompetence in supporting them.

Sadly my device won’t show up in my devices cos it won’t set up due to being unable to connect to wifi. Can’t find any way to get it to connect to wifi. Nightmare, have to give up on it I think. Thanks for trying !
