Nest Hub Max Camera won't work

I have a number of nest / google devices all working fine.

I have purchased a hub max - but cannot get the camera to live stream. I have installed it and it works fine and displays streams of the door bell and of the nest cam. However, when I try and view nest cam on my iPhone (by pressing the bottom left icon/button), it says "Camera off". If I press "Turn on". All I get is a "connecting" and the blue wheel cycling through.

How can I get the camera on the hub max to work? I have factory reset the hub max 3 times and restarted the wifi a number of times too. As mentioned all other devices appear to be working fine.

I am having the same issue. Bought the Google Nest Hub Max today and got it up and running in now time. But the Camera shows offline and unable to live stream or turn ON “Home Monitoring Features”.  I have rebooted and factory reset the Hub Max multiple times and rebooted the Nest Wifi multiple times but can’t get Hub Max to Live Stream or turn ON “Home Monitoring Features”.  I can make/receive Video call using Google Duo and that works fine without any issue but Live stream does not work.  I have other Nest Outdoor/Indoor cameras and they all work fine.  I have called Google support and after more than 3 hours on the phone they were unable to help me and have told me that they will call back within 24 hours.  So let’s see what happens tomorrow.  

I got a suggestion from another user to remove all other cameras from the account and then add Hub Max and once Hub Max is successfully added and working then add back rest of the cameras.  I am hesitant to try this solution as I have 6 cameras plus a doorbell which I prefer not to remove and add it back (probably take me while day to do this step).  Anyways may try this step if the Google Team is unable to help today or in the next few days or maybe just return the Hub Max back to the store.

Got it working with no help from Google. Google products as well as support team are completely useless. Considering that we spend so much money on Google products we would expect the product to work or atleast support team to provide decent service.  I would not recommend getting Google products or services unless you have done full research and gone through all comments here.
