Reset, reboot, factory reset

Hi I can't not reset my nest mini gen 2 , I have tried the unplug 10 times no good,the speaker is unresponsive it makes no sound what ever , please help?

Sorry to hear about your Google Nest Mini, but thanks for bringing this up.  I know how challenging it can be to not have a working device when needed. To confirm, are you seeing any lights on your speaker (when starting up or adjusting the volume)?
