Rooms Not Showing

Hi all,

 

I recently bought my very first Google Nest Hub Max and it works great! Initially I set up the device and all worked just as it should, however, recently I made the mistake of changing my 'Living Room' by mistake. I fixed the issue on my phone ASAP, however, now on Google Nest Hub Max, instead of the 'Living Room' showing 11 lights, it only shows 5. The remaining 6 it shows as under 'In Your Home/House'.

 

I've reset the Nest Hub Max/Deleted it from Google Home and re-installed it. 

Can anyone suggest what to do?

Hey there, 

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with your lights not showing in your room where they should be, I know this can be confusing, but I'm happy to help. 

 

Since you've gone through and reset the Nest Hub Max and uninstalled the Google Home app and reinstalled it, I would suggest unlinking the lights that are missing and relinking them. That way you should be able to put them to the room that you want them in.
