Routines (or not) on Google Home

Here in New Zealand there is no access to "Routines" (I get that after endless "Googling") BUT, by some miracle, popped up as a "Priority Alert" and able to "play with and set some up" after I announced "I was home" recently which has since disappeared and hence I am stuck with what I did.  All good as far as that goes but I would like to access and adjust... no option to do so?  This does not bode well and is somewhat inchoate.

• Just to clarify, are you still able to see the Routine's button?
• What issue exactly are you running into?
• Also, what troubleshooting steps have you gone through to try to fix the issue?

Thanks for responding.

Firstly, no Routine button and never had one - anywhere on my Home/Assistant Apps - (only become aware of Routines from reading online articles).

Having said that; the google assistant via my Hub advised me recently that I could customise my "I'm home".  On checking my alerts on the Home App; I had a priority alert (?) which, indeed, had a customise button which I took advantage of and set up a few routines but then the alert disappeared.

I have tried to recreate the situation with no success.

Trust you can assist as I have spent some time "Googling" looking for some.

Thanks for letting me know this situation. So while I do understand that in some locations or countries, the Routines button is not supported, that is something that I can pass this feedback forward on. The "I'm home" feature is something that is different than the actual Routines button. 

So it appears that unfortunately, Routines is not supported in your location at this time, but I will definitely pass this forward to the appropriate team to see if they can get that added.

We must reside on different planets as I have none of the options described in the article being no Home or Away toggle in my Home App.
