Unexpected response from server

For the past week every time I open that app it says “unexpected response from server.” Does anyone know why or how to fix it?

it has been saying this to me aswell for the past week maybe the app is down

I understand that issues with the app can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help. 

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

I’ve uninstalled the app, turned off and on my mini and tried a different email. None of which have worked.
