SKY News has no sound or video on Nest Home Max

Hi, I know and have read this subject before however I can't seem to find if there was ever a solution suggested ?

My device is now 4-5yrs old and works well for everything.

Until it is asked simply to play the news on a morning, where it starts with BBC, then SKY which sometimes works, sometimes has video with no sound and sometimes nothing, it then moves on to CNBC Tech-Check, DD etc.

YES, I've restarted, YES I've reset, YES I've shouted abuse... nothing seems to help and YES it's a sporadic issue say 3 days out of 5...

Any clues ?

or is it SKY being pissy ????

Hi Ambo63,

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. I’m glad other features are working. Have you tried another news service to isolate it? On those times that there was no audio on Sky News, did you experience any network issues? Also, are you getting the same thing when you use your phone’s Google Assistant?
