SPOTIFY PREMIUM ACCOUNT

Hi, this issue is starting to really irritate me. I have checked all other posts on this issue, but there is no solution. The stupid Google Nest does not recognize my Premium Spotify Account !!!

The google app says Spotify Subscription Active, everything is ok and paid for, but the stupid Nest chooses to ignore all that.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION GOOGLE ?!?!?!?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear about this situation with your Nest Speaker. No worries, help's here! I'd like to ask you a few questions:

 

  1. What Nest speaker do you own?
  2. Have you tried performing a factory reset on your device? Here are the steps to Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays.
