Same command 2 houses

I have 2 homes, and my setup is nearly identical. When I say turn on the fan I. House one. The fan is turned on house 1 and 2. Can’t assistant respond based on which speaker I’m talking to?

Having the same name on two homes is another way to prevent confusions, however, your Google Assistant will still recognize them as one since they have the same name and connect to one Google Account. What we can suggest is to rename one fan. Check these steps on how to do it.

1. Make sure your mobile device or tablet is linked to the same account as your speaker or display.
2. Open the Google Home app.
3. Touch and hold your device's tile.
4. At the top right corner, tap Settings  > Device information > Device name.
5. Enter a new name > tap Save.
